Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your jewelry purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your fashion accessories must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All sales items and items using a promotional code are final sale. We also do not accept returns on custom orders.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale item Policy
Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our doing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 3218 Layton Avenue Bronx New York US 10465.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, gift credit will be sent to your email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any jewelry purchased through JOROCCO.com is eligible for repair.
JoRocco cannot guarantee that all repairs will be possible due to the nature of our materials and designs.
All fashion accessories will be repaired free of charge within 6 months of purchase. 6 months after purchase, shipping and repair fees will apply. Your repair fee is calculated based on the nature of your repair.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with your jewelry repair. Shipping costs non-refundable.
Please note that jewelry repairs can take up to 3 weeks to complete.
To proceed with your jewelry repair, please email email@example.com with title ‘REPAIR.’ We require you email us so that we can issue a Repair Authorization number before receiving the damaged item.
Each piece created by JoRocco is hand-made and requires delicate handling. Please be sure to follow our recommended care routine to assure that your jewelry will last for years to come.
After each wear — gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a cloth bag and/or jewelry box. Do not use liquid cleaning solutions of any kind. Avoid exposing your jewelry to water or harsh chemicals such as perfumes.
